This beautiful lake view home is located on Lake Harmony, in the popular Lake Harmony Pa. This Newly renovated modern home features 5 bedrooms, sleeper loft and 3 full bathrooms. The home is equipped with 8 smart tv's, cable and Wifi. The loft has a gaming area and foosball table. The ground floor has a spacious family room with a pool table. The outside area has a beautiful picnic area with a wood burning fire place and also a gas grill for cooking. The house has lake access to put 2 Kayak's in but IS NOT LAKE FRONT WITH A DOCK. This home is located on Lake Harmony between Jack Frost Ski Lodge and Big Boulder Resort. It is also in walking distance to several restaurants. There are several things to do located near this house such as hiking trails, state parks, paint ball, white water rafting, zip lines, water parks, golfing, skiing resorts, shopping and restaurants. non smoking NO Pets

From the pictures I thought we would have to carry the kayaks across the street. It was a short walk down the driveway. House was spotless and owner was readily available to answer questions. Kitchen had everything we needed. Sorry
Short walk to restaurants and kayak and Paddle board rentals (we needed more than 2).
I would recommend this place.

This house was fantastic and Joan was great to work with the entire time. Very communicative and always answered any questions or concerns I may have had. House was everything we hoped for and the kids had a great time. I would highly recommend this house to anyone who was looking for a house on the lake with plenty of room.

The property was very well maintained. Felt safe from our current state of covid. Only complaints
Some a/c control issues and wish we had a little larger lake access.

Joan was a pleasure. She was quick to respond, very accommodating, and thorough in her instructions. The home was perfect for our annual fall family getaway. Plenty of space for our group of 10 people, lots of games to enjoy, and a beautiful outside fire pit area to relax. The house even has lake views! I’d highly recommend staying at Joan’s home!!
