The Villa is located about 6,5km. from the main town of Parikia and very close to the kite-surfing centers at Pounda and various beaches (2,5km.)
Agnanti House & Liogerma House are 150m² with 2 bedrooms and the more luxurious Panorama House is 260m² with 3 bedrooms. The houses can be rented separately or as a whole and they all enjoy ample terraces and access to the swimming pool area, which is also available for social events hosting (weddings etc.)
The houses are tastefully furnished and equipped in every detail. All you need to do is bring your personal belongings and you will immediately feel like home!
