Beautiful location, amazing breakfast, great staff

Incredible stay!!! The hosts were so kind and accomodating. Everyday there is a free breakfast buffet that is absolutely delicious. The entire property is stunning, with a pool that overlooks the Greek landscape and sea in the distance. The villa is also fantastic with huge rooms and a gorgeous kitchen. Couldn't recommend enough.

Highly recommend this lovely hotel and such excellent staff!

The hotel is beautiful, peaceful and has everything you need. A delicious breakfast, plenty of drinks at the bar, incredible pool and gorgeous views and just a very short drive from lovely Naousa. The room we had was very big with a hot tub outside. It was brilliant, clean and comfortable. Iliana and the team are extremely helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend and can't wait to go back! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Very clean, spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. Lovely pool and terrace area with sea view and really helpful, friendly and responsive management. Well positioned for Naoussa, Parikia and exploring the island, as long as you have a car. Great for families

In the end, I would’ve traded the convenience of laundry and space with a toddler for a hotel with higher standards, bet

good location but you absolutely need a car. Nothing is an easy or safe walking distance but easily accessible by car. Barbara at the pool bar was wonderful and friendly. The cleaning man was very thorough in his cleaning. There are quite a few negative comments about breakfast but I found it to be a highlight. The only thing we didn’t enjoy were the cold/room temperature eggs that were all premade and left sitting out without a hot plate. Given how few guests eat at a time, making eggs to order, even simple fried or scrambled eggs, would have made a huge difference. The tomatoes and figs from their garden were the best we had on the trip.

We found the glowing reviews to be pretty misleading for our villa (Ammos). There are some newer updated villas so be sure to ask exactly which one you booked. The pictures we thought we booked were not our villa unfortunately. After realizing that, we decided to keep our reservation anyways because of all of the great reviews. Villa Ammos is subterranean so the villa doesn’t get a ton of natural light in the bedrooms. The furniture and linens are tired (think Ikea), and the mattress was VERY old/soft. We also didn’t get a hot shower for the last 3 days. While there were a handful of other little issues that popped up, they were all addressed quickly. The real kicker is that the experience felt like staying at a friend’s house, except you didn’t invite that friend on your vacation. While Iliana was sweet and clearly meant to be an attentive hostess, her approach became uncomfortably overbearing. This was especially surprising given that we were only at the villa during breakfast hours. What concerned me most was how she interacted with my two-year-old son, despite his obvious discomfort whenever she came close to him. Every morning, she would repeatedly demand a kiss from him and touch/poke him, even when he clearly wasn’t interested. He never once showed interest in kissing or hugging her and always froze up when she came too close. We do not force our kids to hug or kiss anyone, let alone strangers. I understand that Greek culture celebrates children, but there’s a way to show warmth without crossing boundaries or being intrusive. I didn’t see her act this way with other older children. The invasiveness extended beyond just my son into family time. On our fifth day, while I was having breakfast with him, Iliana hovered so close in my personal space and inserted herself again into our moment that I had to ask her to give us space, the second time I’d needed to do this in 10 minutes. She also had a habit of inserting herself into private family moments.

Our villa was very large and spacious, clean and comfortable and we felt like we were in our private home. The property is very clean and quiet giving you the impression that you had the whole hotel to yourself a beautiful modern property with a great view. The hotel manager and staff were great, very welcoming kind and helpful. Worth the money

a smaller revision in the decoration could transform this place to a sleek luxurious feeling hotel more neutral colored textiles in the room like beige and gray. Greece has wonderful bakery specialities salty and sweet with phylo that could be incorporated to the breakfast. Few decorative plates where food would be served in the open buffet could elavate the experience feasting the eyes as well as taste

Incredible

Absolutely stunning villa! Immaculately clean with views to die for — every sunrise and Paros sunsets felt like a dream. The breakfast was outstanding, fresh, and beautifully presented each morning. It was a truly breathtaking experience from start to finish, made even better by the warm and genuine hospitality. Could not recommend more highly — a slice of paradise in Paros!

Beautiful hotel with the most lovely staff!

Breakfast was delicious and the pool was so fun for the kids! The hotel staff was beyond nice and accommodating and really went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We are so grateful and would highly recommend this hotel to families with kids!

One thing that would have been helpful is to have the option to order lunch or dinner at the hotel. But in the end it was pretty easy to order from local restaurants for delivery.

Beautiful stay

The place and the hosts are amazing, and very accommodating. Breakfast included better than expected. Lots of options including eggs and savoury foods. We went in mid-June and it was not crowded at all. The owners are chilled and want to make you feel very welcome. Prices at the bar are good and the cocktails amazing. They also helped us organise moppets and car rental. We could play our own music at the pool and it was fine. Overall it was perfect.

The property is located 8 min by car from Naousa, and the walk is not pleasant. Nothing around so to get to Naousa you need a taxi. We paid 40 euro for a van for 5 people so it wasn’t too bad. You can try the bus but not idea how it is.

Wonderful four days in Paros … we will be back

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this charming family-run accommodation in Paros. From the moment we arrived, the owners made us feel genuinely welcome — it felt more like visiting family than staying at a hotel. They went above and beyond to make our trip stress-free and enjoyable. They kindly arranged our transfers to and from the port, helped us rent a scooter so we could explore the island with ease, and gave excellent recommendations for local restaurants and hidden spots to visit. Every suggestion they gave us turned out to be a gem — clearly, they know and love their island deeply. The property itself was spotless and well-kept, with a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. One of the little touches that stood out was the offer to help with laundry, which was so appreciated during our travels.

Perfection!

This is one of the best accommodations we have stayed and we have stayed in many countries around the world. This is a family run business and they were all amazing. The location is perfect as it is only a few mins drive from Naousa town so was really peaceful. The decor was superb and the jacuzzi was an added bonus. There was a great selection for breakfast. Due to last-minute availability, the hosts graciously upgraded us to a spacious two-storey 2bedroom suite Villa—beautifully designed and with direct access to what felt like our own private pool—at no additional cost. To top off this wonderful surprise, we were greeted with a chilled bottle of rosé wine, setting the perfect tone for our relaxing getaway. The villas themselves are a masterclass in modern Cycladic architecture—elegant, minimal, and effortlessly luxurious. Every detail was meticulously thought out, from the sleek finishes to the spotless cleanliness. Bathrooms were sparkling and labeled as disinfected, offering great peace of mind. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a washing machine, dishwasher, and a coffee maker stocked with complimentary cartridges—ideal for a group of four. Even better, all the cleaning supplies we could possibly need were provided, which is rarely the case in most Airbnb stays. Each morning, we enjoyed a delicious buffet breakfast with fresh local flavors, all while taking in an unforgettable view of the endless blue Aegean Sea. And despite feeling like a serene escape, we were only a quick 7-minute drive from Naousa, which made exploring the charming town and its vibrant tavernas incredibly convenient. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already planning our return. Blue Mare Villa is a true gem—and we will absolutely be back.

Highly recommend Blue Mare Villas! The villas are well maintained and quite spacious. The view is lovely. A wonderful breakfast is included. Fantastic place to stay, so peaceful, beautiful, clean, and amazing hosts!

It was so tranquil. We really wanted to get some peace and relax as it was our honeymoon. The host Iliana and her husband were amazing, and they looked after us well. They decorated our room with some balloons and gave us a bottle of white wine to make it nice for our honeymoon. The breakfast was so delicious, too. I loved the room and the attention to detail on the decoration. Everything was so clean and nice, and we truly loved our stay, and our mind was at so much ease. Saving the best to last...the jacuzzi outside! Wow, truly remarkable and so warm, we loved it.

Cozy and Spacious room - Great breakfast - Awesome host!!

The breakfast was delicious, and the room was both spacious and cozy. We particularly enjoyed the convenience of being able to order food from local restaurants directly to our room. Also, our host Iliana and the rest of the staff were very kind and helpful. We would definitely love to come back in the future.

The only downside is that the villas are a bit far from the city center of Naoussa, a car is definitely needed.

The property had the most stoning water views, from the pool and all 3 of out balcony's. The rooms were all spacious, and we had access to everything we needed. Furthermore the beautiful hosts were exceptional! Iliana and her family and support team literally, arranged any request we had. They were warm, interested, and so kind. I would stay there again just to receive the exceptional service and to be welcomed into their lives. I can't wait to revisit the villas and all that Paros has to offer! It was also wonderful to be so close to Nousa without being in the busy heart of it!

Perfect for families, peaceful location but still close to the beach & town

Upon arrival we didn’t have to wait for check in time. Our room was ready and Iliana let us in straight away with our key. Iliana sorted us a car rental straight away which was dropped off within 20 minutes! Great hosts, very welcoming and their dog messi was so friendly. Very private accommodation, nice and quiet and not busy so was very peaceful. Very clean rooms changed daily.

The location is a little out of town and not walkable. However we did know this before arriving and it was so easy to sort a car rental when we arrived.
