We love Punta Mita, and find the Hacienda de Mita location perfect for us. Most of our dinners are a close walk in town. Lots of excellent restaurants within walking distance. The beach club service is great and we enjoy being able to go to different areas of Punta Mita.

Wow. Place is beautiful. Rocio made delicious food and kept the place immaculate. We only had her make breakfast and snacks. Don't choose pancakes and french toast. She makes great chilequiles, burritos, etc. Leave it to her for suggestions! We requested no spice and accommodated all our needs.
I read a lot about mean security guards, but never experienced it. Just be respectful and they'll respect you.
The beach is great since I don't like big waves. Great for beginner surfers or boogy boarders. It's a bit rocky so bring your water shoes...it's not unbearable.
Town is just next door to the condo. All beaches are around 10 minute golf cart rides. The second cart is good for only 2 people. We learned that when it slowed down, let up on the gas pedal and press down again and it's roaring to go again.
Concierge is also great. I texted Rosina and she always responded in a timely matter. I know I asked stupid questions, or the same question multiple times, but she was always patient.
Absolutely first class in all aspects.

The property management team at the Hacienda de Mita was really hard on us for honestly doing nothing except unloading our car and for having two 18 year old boys in our group. The boys did not bother anyone else and the property management mad us feel unwelcome. If the peppery managers do not want these units rented out then they should inot rent them. We paid a lot of money to be guests there.
