Stay in our five star luxury 3500 square foot condo with all the amenities of the 4-Seasons resort next door. What's more, we offer you use of our premier Punta Mita Club Membership, which means you can play on BOTH private Jack Nicklaus golf courses, as well as use the new fitness center, hiking paths, and all three luxurious beach clubs and restaurants within the private Punta Mita Resort! Six person golf cart provided for easy access to all amenities.
You will also have a housekeeper from Monday to Saturday to help you with breakfast and/or snacks preparation during your stay (groceries not included)

Some of the features of the house include marble floors, top of the line appliances like Viking and Subzero, large jetted and soaking tubs in the marble bathrooms, wireless internet, private beach club with infinity pools, massage facility, grocery shopping, an available cook, maid service, private concierge service, comfortable robes and plush towels, with all access to the exclusive facilities and services of the Punta Mita

This luxurious condo features not only spectacular ocean views, but also the most exquisite interior design that has been recently updated. The home is very great for families and child friendly.
The home offers four generous and custom designed bedrooms, three with king and queen sized beds, as well as a small kid's bedroom with bunk beds. There is also a sleeping sofa in the living room, which can sleep two.
We have an expansive 500 square foot patio where you can dine and enjoy the gorgeous view of the ocean while you relax, dine, or enjoy en suite spa treatments. Our condo faces the exact spot where people come from around the world to observe the beautiful whales have their babies in the Bay. The humpback whales spout on the horizon and jump high into the air as they play in the bay. You can enjoy this beautiful display of nature from our balcony...this experience alone will make your trip unforgettable.
As you drift down to the beach, you can lounge on the overstuffed sofas in the beach club, enjoy use of the top of the line kitchen, have a massage by the beach in the massage facility at the beach club, and relax in the pool.

Our concierge and housekeeper made a beautiful vacation spot into an incredible experience. The unit was beautifully appointed and decorated. We enjoyed dining and visiting on the large patio. Just a perfect unit!

We have stayed in this area and complex before, beautiful views, clean and comfortable accommodations, great food. Only frustration is getting reservations for Tennis and Pickleball ahead of time is very challenging and always too much food left over even though we try to mitigate it ahead of time. Great vacation!!

We found the property exactly as depicted! It was sparkling clean and the accommodations were very comfortable! Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves and the beach club was also not crowded. The bar at the Hacienda Beach Club makes excellent drinks - at good prices too!
The location is ideal for those who want to explore a little outside the PM gates. It's VERY close to the little village. We enjoyed dinners at Mina, Rustica, Zacadero, and AJ's BBQ. You will NOT be disappointed at any of these locations -- excellent food with an ocean view. Also the prices were very reasonable. Oh -- and the Churro's place is really incredible.
Rafael was our concierge representative and he was very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Alma, the housekeeper/cook, was a delight and her food was delicious. She even cooked some of the fish we caught!
It was exactly what we expected and hoped for -- I highly recommend!
*There is great surfing right outside the condo, but the beach is a little rocky. Be careful bc my son stepped on a sea urchin and it was an unwanted ordeal.
Also - just fyi - in planning your days please know that the Pacifico Beach club is currently closed, the Bahia Beach Club (which is technically open) was not staffed. El Surf and Sea Breeze have a minimum of $85/person minimum ($45 for kids). The clubs are all really nice, but at Surf and Sea Breeze - you should expect to stay for a few hours and not just drop in and out for a drink.

WOW what a condo! You will not be disappointed with this space. An open concept kitchen and living room is perfect for entertaining and preparing meals, with a cozy sectional and TV/reading space big enough to seat 8 people. Sliding doors allow you access to a massive balcony overlooking the ocean and a second dining table and sofa. We ate dinner almost every evening outdoors, as ceiling fans create a light breeze and comfortable dining even in the summer heat. The kitchen has everything you need to cook your own breakfasts, lunch and dinners. We paid a small fee to have Punta Mita staff stock our kitchen with food and supplies prior to our arrival. What a great service- we loved being met with delicious local fruit displayed on the island and an impeccably stocked fridge.The complex is gated with 24-hour security, and you must check in and out with the guards at their driveway post each time you exit. It is comforting to know that staff are aware once you have left and when you have returned. In the parking garage there is your personal 8 person golf cart available to explore what the surrounding area has to offer, including a gym, golf courses and other hotel amenities like pools and private beach clubs. During our stay we golfed at the Bahia and Pacifico courses and were so pleased with their accommodating staff. If you only have time for one round, we recommend Pacifico as the ocean views are spectacular. Depending on the tide you may get the opportunity to play an island green on hole 3b. The experience is unlike any other as you drive atop the ocean on a stone path just surfacing the lapping waves. You can also visit a little town just minutes walking distance with a variety of excellent restaurants. At first glance the restaurants appear unkempt, but once you walk in you will be pleasantly surprised to find every spot opens up to ocean front dining. We took the owner Tony’s suggestion to try 3:Si Signore- Be sure to indulge in their top-notch margaritas. You can also view the catch of the day which the staff present to your table prior to ordering.Margarita’s- You can sit right on the beach in front of the pier. Time your dinner for the sun set.Si Sushi -A couple tables are exhibition style cooking. There is nothing like watching the ocean as your chef expertly grills a Teppanyaki menu in front of you. Overall a wonderful time. Tony is very informative and great for any inquiries you may have about your stay.
