Beautiful Ocean View, 2 BEDROOM 2½ BATH Townhouse across from Ormond's No-Drive Beach
Welcome to our piece of paradise. This ocean getaway is steps from the Atlantic Ocean in quiet Ormond Beach, yet close to all Daytona Beach and Saint Augustine have to offer . Both bedrooms are located upstairs and each have their own bath for maximum privacy. Your car or motorcycle will enjoy the protection of a single car garage that is also equipped with a washer and dryer. This is a comfortable place to relax after your peaceful strolls on the no-drive beach or dip in the warm waters of the Atlantic. This unit has been recently furnished and painted.
Everything you need to enjoy the beach is here: beach chairs and umbrellas, a beach cooler, and beach towels.
The entry door lock is keyless.
New cabinetry, appliances and granite counter tops welcome you into the kitchen. The kitchen has all the necessities including a Kurig coffee maker, as well as a regular coffee maker and espresso machine. There is also a crockpot (for cooking while you enjoy the beach), a griddle and well stocked kitchen items.
In the family room you will find a 48" smart tv with HD cable and comfortable, new furnishings.
Wifi is available in the town home.
Both bedrooms include flat screen tvs, cable and new mattresses and furnishings.
An ironing board and iron are also included.
Enjoy your outdoor patio and upstairs balcony, both with breathtaking views of the ocean. Take a refreshing swim in the pool. We had a lovely time. The neighbors in the condo group were friendly and informative. We saw 2 launches and watched interesting construction to restore the beach. This location is near Bulow State Park where we walked many mornings. Also the condo is near both Flagler and Daytona so there is always something to see and do.

When doing an extended stay certain things make it much easier to be someplace. The kitchen had everything I needed to make just about anything. I btought a blendjet to make smoothies but I didn't need it. I made a fresh fruit smoothie every day. Something else that makes a stay easier is a television system that gets live TV and streaming services AND is easy to use. My 92 year old mother was left for days at a time and even she could find anything she wanted to watch. Of course the sunrises and moonrises over the ocean from the porch and balcony never gets old. Sleeping with the door open a bit makes the sound of the crashing waves like sleep therapy. The beaches are like the Riviera, gorgeous and without crowds. If you need accomodations in an area of great restaurants and beautiful scenery at every turn this is the place for you.

Perfect getaway just where were looking for..
Unique property with everything you could need bikes, beach tent, chairs etc etc..
Loved Hulls seafood the best!!

Just a short drive to Dayton if your into more of the night life.. But for families and private beach this is the perfect spot!
