About this villa rental

The dreamlike Finca Sa Raconda is located in the interior of the Mediterranean island and promises absolute privacy and relaxation. The villa has a comfortable living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. It also has Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a wood chimney and a pellet chimney (included in the price), a TV and a baby cot. Outside there is a beautifully-landscaped garden, a covered terrace and a lovely pergola, which invites you to eat together in the fresh air. Due to its ideal location, guests will find a large selection of restaurants, bars and cafés as well as all kinds of activities 25 km away in Palma de Mallorca. . A smaller selection of restaurants and supermarkets can be found only 3 km away in Algaida. The kilometre-long, sandy beach on the coast of Palma is a 16-minute drive away.



Parking is available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price.

El alojamiento Sa Raconada es increible! Está bien comunicado, la casa es preciosa, Rafel (su dueño) encantador y detallista y Tasar y Norat (los preciosos perros que cuidan de la casa) han sido la mejor compañía que podíamos tener. La casa tiene un jardín enorme y muy bien cuidado, con rincones para todos los gustos y todas las horas del día. Está decorada con gusto y la cocina tiene de toooodo! Rafel nos dejó refrigerios, café, infusiones, snacks, zumo, leche.... Había jabones de ducha, de lavadora, de lavavajilas, no faltó de nada y además Rafel se preocupó y nos recomendó sitios a todas horas. Sin duda un sitio para repetir a menudo. Muuuuy recomendable!

Tucked in a quiet private road, the Villa Sa Raconada is a tranquil place to stay. The villa is extremely well equipped with everything you need. Just stock the fridge and freezer and then relax on the terraces or roof or even inside. Your hosts, Rafel and Patricia will meet you and explain everything and are easily and willingly contactable.. The villa is well looked after and is homely and you fell safe. All cleaning and necessary cooking bits are there. The villa is quite big. Great kitchen to prepare things you got from Sineu market (weds) or Pollenca (Sun). Nice dining area if you need to be in (Mallorca is not scorching all year and can be 40+ in the height of the summer). Much to recommend for a couple who want peace and nature in a typical villa with modern facilities. Good bird count. We shall go again.
