Victorian home 1st floor of duplex in the heart of the Highlands/Germantown has modern amenities and comfort mixed with vintage style. We are ready to host short term, mid-term, and long term rental guests. Digital nomads, nurses and healthcare professionals welcome!
**Before booking, please note-- We ask all guests to upload ID, e-sign our rental agreement and hold a security deposit of $300 at time of booking. Access info will not be given until the booking process is completed. *Be sure to read our House Rules to make sure our listing is a good fit. Must be 21 yrs old or older to book.
This well equipped 1st floor apartment features 1200 sq ft, large, eat in kitchen, 2 full baths, 1 large master bedroom with full closet, a living room with a queen size sofa bed and armoire. High speed internet, 2 smart TVs. Washer and dryer on 1st floor. Premium mattress, bedding, linens, and towels.
Louisville is home to the Kentucky Derby, Bourbon & Beyond, Louder Than Life music festivals, and don’t forget about the Bourbon Distillery tours! We are the Napa Valley of Bourbon!!!
Because of our close proximity to Louisville’s vibrant nightlife, the eclectic dining scene & shopping it’s no wonder visitors flock here to get a taste of something amazing! Walk to the hottest music venue- Old Forester Paristown Hall.
Quick cab ride or car sharing service to and from the Airport ( 5.9 miles), to Churchill Downs (4.8 miles), KY Expo Center (4.7 miles), KY International Convention Center (2.4 miles), KFC Yum Center (2.5 miles), University of Louisville (3 miles) and to Downtown Louisville (2 miles).
Sleeps 4 comfortably, has a beautiful large back yard with a patio furniture and private parking in the back. Also has free on street parking in the front. Space for RV parking. Can accommodate up to a 16ft trailer in the back if guest is experienced with backing in. No Pets, No Parties/Events please.

Very clean and spacious condo. We had the entire first floor to ourselves. It was a quick 10 minute drive from downtown. Communication and check in with the host was carefree and effortless. The backyard looked great but did not use since it was the middle of winter. Glad we booked!

The 1 star for the pool, was because there is no Pool, and never read anything about a pool.We enjoyed our Thanksgiving there. Friendly neighbors around and pretty quiet area. Many stores are a 5 to 10 min walk, and the place was very comfortable. Great communication with the host when we needed them. Good Job and Thank you
