About this apartment rental
This condo is in the heart of the popular Highlands neighborhood. Steps away from restaurants, bars, and shops on Baxter Ave and Bardstown Road. We offer two off street parking spaces. One is contained in a gated area and the other is an off street space along the side of the building. This condo is three stories with access to a shared courtyard. Just minutes away from downtown Louisville and Churchill Downs - Home of the Kentucky Derby. Centrally located.
This condo has three floors which is creates a lot of privacy. When you enter the condo on the first floor you walk into the living room/kitchen area. Here you will find air hockey and a Ms. Pac-man arcade game. Also on the first floor is a half bath. The second floor contains 1 bedroom with a king size bed and a full bathroom attached. The second floor also contains the laundry room. On the third floor you will find a bedroom with a queen bed and a full size daybed with a twin trundle and private bathroom. There is a doorbell camera that records audio and video when it is triggered by motion. This will be on during your stay.

Kitchen was well equipped though lacked a cutting board and sharp knives. The refrigerator was very noisy so being in the main room was annoying. Liked having a large kitchen table so we could have a large family meal. The living room was roomy and comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well supplied with plenty of towels. The location of the condo is great. Close to everything in the Highlands, Downtown and Cave Hill Cemetery.
