Villa was lovely, very clean with lots of quirky bits to it. Lots of winding steps to bedrooms so not good if you have mobility issues.
Only downside was only a small amount of sun by pool (possibly because we went in September) it may be different in earlier months. Although lots of sun on upper terrace, it was nice to have an outdoor shower so easy to cool off.
Unfortunately while we were there a lot of dog barking from nearby which was frustrating at times. But all in all a very enjoyable stay.

Cozy place, with cute pictures around, and feels like a home away from home. The valley is quite pretty and the sound of the pool water is soothing. Everything you need in the kitchen is there. The bedrooms are spacious. The house just has a good feel to it and you know that people visiting this place would have had a good time :) Check-in was also done flawlessly.
Considering you have solar panels paying for the a/c, although not much, seems extra, I understand there would be wastage if free to use though. The mattresses are soft although I still managed to sleep well.

Frances & the rest of Baron Holiday Homes Team kept us informed every step of the booking. Really great with communication, getting back to us asap. There were a couple of queries regarding the property but again Frances got back to me to try to resolve them.
The property itself was very authentic and charming. However, the stairs are not for just people with mobility issues but if you don't like heights this could put people off as you climb alot of stairs (all spiral) and you can see through the stairs (the drop) with the master bedroom at the very top. That is the only reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5.
The maid service was excellent and the pool man came out to clean the pool (we were there 2 weeks). The walk to the Victoria was approx 15 mins with all its amenities.
We have used Baron Holiday Homes before and we would definitely use them again.
The only thing I can suggest is that with the spiral staircase that handrails be added to the wall in some areas as there is nothing to hold onto when using them.

The cleanlines, check- in service.
Mosquito- Nets in all bedrooms are better than spray. The pool is very cold , because the sun is only at the roof.
A new grill brush and sharp knives in the kitchen will be great. Some spices like pepper, salt and sugar as basic spices would be nice.
