Apartment in a strategic location to visit the city and with an amazing view over the Gulf of Palermo.
This simple yet elegant apartment of 50 square metres is situated in a historical building with lift that can be also accessed through a large stone staircase. It comes with a room furnished with a queen-sized bed and wardrobe, where also a dining area is to be found with access to a balcony with an amazing view over the Gulf of Palermo that guests can enjoy while reading or sipping a glass of local wine. There is also a small equipped kitchen, in addition to a full bathroom with shower. It is the perfect place for two people with comforts such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating.
*Before reaching the elevator, guests will have to take some steps up.

Here, guests will still be able to admire the main aristocratic buildings of the whole city. Many attractions are reachable within walking distance such as Piazza Marina, Magione Church, Villa Giulia, Via Roma and Palazzo Abatellis. Nearby, there are also several restaurants and wine bars.
