It is a beautiful and cozy apartment located in the best neighborhood of Madrid for its location, tranquility and little population congestion. Ideal for families, it is very suitable for children between 3 and 16 years old. The transports are three minutes away on foot, the commercial ones and those at 10 and the Bernabéu Stadium at 15 minutes. It is fully equipped and recently renovated, it is without a doubt the best option to visit Madrid and get to know its historical center without stress.

Had a wonderful stay at Miguel's place. Since the beginning they were extremely accommodating! He allowed us to check in earlier and the place was all clean and perfect. There are a few things that may need to be looked at, such as the blinds, but apart from that everything was perfect.
Right beside the Nuevos Ministerios metro station which is connected to the airport. Surrounded by lovely buildings and very quiet neighbourhood. Location is 100%. It was a joy staying here and would definitely recommend to a friend!

It is perfect for either a short or long stay. It has everything you need, from washer/dryer to french press . Miguel is very helpful in case you need to ask a question. Neighborhood really nice, close to Bernabeu Stadium. I highly recommend it.

El apartamento está ubicado en una zona muy tranquila, cerca del transporte público para llegar a cualquier sitio de Madrid. Es ideal para una familia, con todas las necesidades para pasar unos días. La comunicación con el dueño, perfecta, resolviendo nuestras dudas rápidamente. Recomendable 100%.

After difficultly checking in since directions for entry past the front gate and door were not given we enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room, a well equipped kitchen as well as a clean, roomy bathroom and comfortable bed in the bedroom. We finally figured out the heating system but never got the television working.
All things considered it was a good place to stay.
