The house is about 100 m and has a spacious living room, master bedroom, another bedroom with two beds and another living room with a double sofa bed that communicates with a spacious and modern kitchen, where one or two other people can sleep. A full bathroom and a toilet, as well as a teak terrace (ideal for smoking x ex) that opens onto a large patio that makes the house light and completely silent even when in the center of Madrid.
It has central heating, air conditioning, elevator, private wifi, music system, 3 TV, DVD, computer and printer. Microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, juicer for juices, iron, dryer, and all kinds of kitchen and household items, as well as daily garbage collection and parking in front of the house.
It is located next to the metro and the Avenida de América Bus Station, with 4 metro lines, also very close to the Diego de Leon metro, with metro and buses to the airport (10 minutes) and a wide variety of buses to the center Madrid, as well as with the cities of the Northwest of all Spain. 10 minutes from the Chamartin and Atocha train station.

This is a wonderful apartment very close to both Avenida de America Metro and Bus station and the Diego de Leon station. There are several grocery stores nearby and a bus stop very close. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4 with a dishwasher and washing machine. Carmen was very accommodating and helpful through the trip.

The neighborhood was quiet with plenty of restaurants and close to the metro. The apartment was spacious.

We had a very comfortable stay as a family of four. There was everything we needed. Carmen was very eager as the hostess and showed flexibility regarding our needs.

We were in Madrid for a week, and this apartment was perfect for us (three adults). The location is really good, as it is so close to multiple metro stations, as well as the bus to and from the airport. After spending a day exploring the city, it was always nice to come back to the apartment and relax with plenty of space. Although it is situated near busy major streets the neighborhood is actually fairly quiet and peaceful. The kitchen and bathrooms were nice, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. In fact, we were sad to leave!Carmen was wonderful to work with. She was friendly, very responsive to questions and had a lot of helpful advice. Thank you Carmen!
