Perched on the third floor, Lighthouse 317 is in the perfect spot to view all the action at the pool, pier, and the beach. Sunrises cast gentle lighting across the sugar white beaches and sunsets are viewed with delight from your private balcony. Open up the oversized glass doors to your living room and master bedroom and allow your senses to be awakened by the gulf breeze.

- 1 large heated indoor pool for winter
- Full gym overlooks the beach so you can exercise with a perfect view
- Close to restaurants, shops and activities in Gulf Shores
Other things to note:
- One-time $50 parking pass per car per stay. Paid upon arrival (2 car max)
- We do require a $500 damage deposit hold on your credit card that will be automatically released if no damage occurs during your stay

Owner was super easy to work with! Condo was great and you can park right outside the room even with it being on the 3rd floor!I would recommend them and would rent from them again!

Awesome ocean views. Easy to get to beach. Parking lot was tricky, didnt like the tight ferling of parking lots esp being in 3rd floors

Everything about our stay was enjoyable. The only reason I didn’t give this place a five-star rating is because the jacuzzi bathtub wasn’t very clean, and the condo could use a fresh coat of paint; the bathroom wall had some peeling paint. That said, for the price, it was a nice place to stay. The view and location were excellent and close to everything. I will add that the additional 50 parking fee was a bit frustrating, as I’m used to parking being included in the cost of the stay; however, I’m sure there are reasons they do it this way.
