Beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground floor end unit in a very private setting! Sit on your back porch and enjoy the view of the lake. The unit is tiled throughout. The spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second bedroom has two twin beds. The unit is located in Shorewalk, a resort-style community with features like 2 heated swimming pools, 2 jacuzzis, tennis courts, a basketball court, a playground, and shuffleboards. There is also a clubhouse that offers table tennis, a billiard room, BBQ grills, bocce ball, and a large-screen TV. The unit is located in building 4430. Only 5 minutes to IMG Academy. The unit can be rented nightly, weekly, or monthly! Free high-speed wireless internet access in the unit! Maximum occupancy: 4 guests. A washer and dryer are provided in the unit. Beach equipment may be available from the owner but is not restocked.

Loved the location! Very walkable and the pool was only minutes away. Condo was stocked with all the conveniences including an ice machine which is always a bonus. Screened porch was a morning ritual. Will come back again!

This place is in a great location! 30 mins from Anna Maria. (Leave by 9am to get a parking space). Close to restaurants and grocery shopping. Beds were pretty comfy and the porch was nice. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and seems safe. There were a ton of ant/bug traps everywhere which was a bit concerning, but we didn't see any bugs! The place has a musty stagnant smokey smell like it had been closed up for a bit. Once we got the air going it helped a littleThe place suited our needs. We really were not there much. Only to sleep. It definitely needs a good deep clean and some updates.

The condo could use some updating and a deep clean. The patio door wouldn’t stay open so I had to leave it open a bit so I wouldn’t get locked out. I emailed the host and nothing was done. A piece of plexiglass on Linai was broken. The tv in guest room didn’t work even though it had a spectrum box the tv wouldn’t turn on. Again I contacted host and was told only tv in living room and master was guaranteed to work. The unit had everything you would need and the community was lovely and the pool was clean and warm.

For the price being charged I would expect a better standard.
It was unacceptable that the en-suite door did not close creating a privacy issue. The bathroom towels were old and stained and need to be replaced.
In the kitchen the stove was dirty and old with a build up on all the burners. The pots and pans were all badly worn and need to be replaced.
It appeared the unit had been painted, but things did not seemed finished.
The ant cups all over were not pleasant either, perhaps an exterminator is a better idea.
