Our place is close to everything Fort Collins! New Belgium Brewery is a short walk away - so close you'll smell fresh hops in the morning! Downtown Fort Collins is a short walk from where all the best restaurants, bars, and shopping are! You’ll love my place because of the incredible new construction, the shared rooftop patio featuring a hot tub and views of the Rocky Mountains, and because it's in the best location in all of Fort Collins! We put our money where our mouth is and have invested in making the property carbon-neutral and powered by renewables. If you're looking for the best Vacation rental in town, you've found it!

Beautiful home with great location for hiking, restaurants and downtown area. Enjoyed the roof top hot tub. Plenty of space to spread out. Host was easily available texting and very nice. Definitely would return.
