The apartment was in good condition. The property description is incorrect. It isn’t a two bedroom unit. One bedroom with a pull out sofa bed(uncomfortable). We would not have picked this property based on the configuration. Property address and directions need to be clearly defined - gated property in a pretty apple orchard that can’t be easily found without more info. We had no hot water up to mid day after our move in the previous evening. Rugs in the unit very hazardous -very easy to slip on the sliding light weight material. Property would be a good option with an accurate description of the apartment- one bedroom. Better directions.

Die Unterkunft war zweckmäßig und sehr sauber. Trotz unmittelbarer Autobahn war die Lage eine Oase der Ruhe inmitten von Apfelplantagen. Im separaten Garten durften wir von den Obstbäumen naschen. Die Gastger waren sehr nett und unglaublich gastfreundlich. Unsere Kinder und unser Hund hatten viel Freude mit den Kindern und dem Hund der Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Silvio nous a très bien reçu, très disponible. Excellent accueil. L appartement est particulièrement propre. Une terrasse magnifique sur laquelle il est reposant d y prendre les repas. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet appartement qui offre de belles prestations. Silvio, je vous remercie.

Das Highlight vorweg: So herzliche, nette und freundliche Vermieter wie Silvio und seine Frau Micela hatten wir noch nie. Die beiden sind wirklich der Innbegriff von Gastfreundschaft. Wir waren mit vier Personen dort, dafür ist die Wohnung an Regentagen vielleicht ein bisschen klein, ansonsten ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Was in der Küche fehlt ist in der kleinen Küche im Garten, wo Silvio uns auch eine herrliche Pasta gekocht hat. Wir durften den Garten und die schöne Laube mitbenutzen, besser geht es fast nicht. Die Lage ist zweckmäßig und zentral, man kommt überall gut hin, muss aber immer fahren. Das wussten wir vorher, von daher war das ok. Wer eine Lage zum direkt Loswandern sucht, ist hier aber falsch. Um die Umgebung von Bozen kennenzulernen, ist es aber fast ideal.

Abseits vom Trubel

Wunderschönes Domizil abseits vom Trubel. Man hört maximal Hundegebell oder italienische Kinder, ab und zu ein Flugzeug. Die Wohnung ist herrlich kühl dank der Lage im Souterrain und man hat alles, was man braucht. Die Terrasse vor der Eingangstür ist traumhaft um in den Tag zu starten oder ihn abends ausklingen zu lassen. Auch die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gerne jederzeit wieder.
