About this apartment rental
Small family run complex just 5 miles/8 kms north west of Carcassonne, with heated pool. Three appartments built in a villa like building over old wine vats. Lovely atmosphere and a warm welcome since 2003

Impeccably clean, good appliances and fittings, all equipment in good working order
• Spacious living area (25 m²): comfortable sofa-bed (sleeps 2), ample storage, dining area
• Fully equipped kitchenette: dishwasher, family sized fridge, freezer, micro-wave, electric hob with oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster….
• South facing balcony: al fresco dining for 6
• Fully tiled bathroom: shower, washbasin, WC, hair dryer
• Main bedroom: double bed with good mattress, ample storage
• Second bedroom: 2 single beds with good mattresses, ample storage
• Washing machine + iron and board in separate service area
• Wifi
For SUMMER HOLIDAYS: sun loungers, tables and chairs, barbeque and of course the HEATED POOL
The pool – 10 m x 5 m - is open from May to September (exact dates depending on the weather conditions each year), 26 – 30°.
For WINTER HOLIDAYS: bright and sunny, fully centrally heated, you can even eat outside on the sheltered balcony most of the year round.
We've tried to make everything smart and comfortable with all the mod cons and think we give good value for money!!
Paradise for walkers and cyclists on the miles of dirt tracks straight from the doorstep! All tourist information provided on the many places to visit and activities in the area too numerous to put down here (children orientated, walks, chateaux, abbeys, canoeing, white water rafting, riding...).
We can organize bike rental, ring to book restaurants, canal trips, riding, canoeing or help you in any way with your site seeing or activities.
Whether you come for a couple of nights, for a week or two or for a longer rental, we will give you a warm welcome.
We are a friendly anglo-French family who live on the premises; we like to be helpful but are not intrusive!
Quiet village with lovely walks and cycle rides from the doorstep. Restaurants and cafés in the surrounding villages all within 3 miles/5 kms.
Best to have a car to take advantage of the area, otherwise we can pick you up from Carcassonne airport/railway station. There are (school) buses into Carcassonne otherwise people have been known to walk and or cycle!!

Only Saturday to Saturday bookings from mid July to end August
