19th century villa 2 minutes walk from the Place des Lices.
Charming house composed of a large living room dining room overlooking south terrace. Fully equipped kitchen.
In DRC 1 bedroom with shower room, upstairs 3 very spacious bedrooms with bathroom.
Numerous storage.
Garden of 1000 m² with swimming pool (heated) facing south. Garden furniture and sunbathing.
Parking and garage at the entrance (3 cars).
Not being there we entrusted the management of the concierge service to 1 service provider whose mission is to meet your expectations. (Home key collection, linen rental, 12 hours of cleaning per week.) These service fees are included in the weekly rate.
