About this villa rental

This 5 bedroom house in season (possibility to take only 3 rooms in 1/2 season-price to see) is ideally located in the city center of Saint-Tropez. Authentic family home full of charm, this house will be the ideal place to relax with family or friends, and to discover Saint Tropez.
Property completely closed. Automatic gate. Videophone with pedestrian gate. Secure garage and 4 or 5 parking spaces in the aisles.

All the comfort (double windows and air conditioning of all rooms) awaits you in this house of 180 m2 and its cabanon with 2 rooms communicating or not at the bottom of the garden:
In the house, 3 bedrooms, one with its shower room + WC
- 1 bathroom
- 2 toilets
In 2017 the kitchen was enlarged and renovated
- internet access, television, DVD player, Hi-Fi
In the cabanon, 2 rooms with each its room of shower + TOILET. Connecting rooms on request

The location is ideal for exploring Saint-Tropez: close to shops and the city center, you can visit the old port, the Place des lices, the Ponche, the beach Graniers, Canoubiers bay, the city's museums (La Citadelle, l'Annonciade, Gendarmerie) and you can reach the beach of Pampelonne (15 mn by car), avoiding traffic jams

This property is just magic. The location to me is one of the most convenient in St. Tropez. The home has a soul. The property is more than we could have hoped for. The house is older, but that only adds to its charm. The backyard was beautiful, comfortable and larger than we expected. The house and back yard unit were spacious and comfortable. I will be seeing this home in my dreams- thank you to the owners for sharing and Helene for being so lovely.

This is a wonderful place, a lovely old home loaded with charm in a beautiful yard. The large heated pool is the focal point and center of most family activity. There is a smaller house in the back which was perfect for our daughter and her family. The property is just steps away from Place des Lices, the harbor, the shops, the cafes and the market two days a week. And the carousel for the kids! It was perfect for us and we are looking forward to a return visit.

We had a lovely holiday with our family and friends. The house lived up to our expectations with a lovely pool area. There is quite a bit of noise from the busy road and the annex is a bit cramped, but all in all a lovely house that met our expectations.

Great location! We had a great experience however the back room was a little humid. Rooms were very comfortable and very spacious! We did have a pool man early in the morning when we were not expecting it but the pool is amazing! Overall great stay!

This was a gorgeous house and great location close to absolutely everything. The pool was beautiful and the backyard. The only negative is that their was unplanned construction next door but the host was happy to give us a discount. For the future I think it would be nice also that the house is fully stocked with toilet paper and that trash from previous guests are taken out (we saw a few cups and towels outside). Otherwise it was an absolutely amazing experience and the host was very attentive. Would def stay here again.

THE HOUSE WAS EXQUISITE! THE PROPERTY WAS BEAUTIFUL, PEACEFUL AND QUIET, AN OASIS WITHIN THE CITY! IT WAS EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED. WE WERE WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF SHOPS, FOOD STORES, MUSEUMS AND RESTAURANTS. THE BEACH WAS A SHORT DRIVE AWAY, AND THE HOUSE POOL WAS WARM AND RELAXING. THERE WAS PLENTY OF SEATING FOR OUR FAMILY OF TEN, THE BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE AND THE PREMISES WERE SPOTLESS. THE WI FI WORKED WELL, WHICH WAS IMPORTANT FOR SOME WHO NEEDED IT FOR BUSINESS. HELENA, THE MANAGER OF THE PROPERTY WAS MOST HELPFUL, AN ABSOLUTE DELIGHT TO MEET. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY AND COMPANY ... OUR ENTIRE FAMILY HOPES TO RETURN! PLEASE THANK THE OWNERS FOR SHARING THEIR BEAUTIFUL HOME AND MAKING OUR VACATION ONE FILLED WITH JOUFUL MEMORIES!

Our group could not have been happier with this perfect home. The location could not be more central but has a tucked away vibe in that you would never know you are in the middle of town. The house itself is classy and cozy, with plenty of space for a group of 10. The yard and pool space is gorgeous and wonderful for laying out at the pool and group dinners. 10/10 for a Saint Tropez visit!

À 2 pas de la place des lices avec grand jardin et magnifique piscine la maison est idéalement située.Pas besoin de prendre le voiture pour aller dans St Tropez ce qui est un luxe en pleine saison et avec de jeunes adultes.Équipements top et nous avons reçu un accueil très chaleureux. Je recommande vivement la Bicoque pour un séjour réussi

Nous avons loué cette maison familiale et nous avons passé des vacances formidables en famille avec nos 2 enfants âgés de 13 mois et 9 ans. La maison est très agréable a vivre, la piscine est géniale car elle est chauffée et complètement sécurisée donc avec nos enfants nous étions détendus, elle est a 3 minutes de la place des Lices a pieds ce qui est super car le matin on peut aller acheter sa baguette fraiche, ses croissants, et faire le marché. Des le matin et tout au long de la journée ça sent bon les vacances. La maison est également très bien exposée ce qui permet de profiter de la journée jusqu'a la dernière minute de soleil. Un très gentil monsieur , très discret s'occupe de la piscine et du jardin, une très charmante dame s'occupe du ménage une fois par semaine a notre convenance. Nous avons malheureusement loué cette maison que 2 semaines mais si nous avions pu ( la maison était déjà bookée ) nous serions restés tout l'été. Si je dois dire un point négatif se serait la petite nuisance de la rue principale mais on ne peut pas avoir le silence de la campagne en étant dans une maison de ville ou on n'a jamais besoin d'utiliser la voiture exceptée pour aller a la plage, chose que nous avons jamais fait tellement on se sentait EXTREMEMENT bien chez nous oupssss chez Mr et Mme Paquin. Je conseille plus que vivement cette villa a tous les gens qui souhaitent vivre une vraie expérience de vacances Tropéziennes. Encore merci de votre accueil. Cordialement Morgane.
