Location near family, king bed room, pet friendly, coffee in lobby, fridge in room
Initial room was in a dark hallway for access, got a room change to a more direct access with upcharge. Tub is peeling. Ice machine area needs update

I was very pleased about the cleanliness of the room. Location was good and the price was fair. Friendly staff and quiet room.

I appreciated having a microwave in the room, as well as the option to choose a ground-floor room so I wouldn't have to carry my luggage up the stairs. Although the motel is located right next to a busy road, it was quiet at night. Free parking was also available, and there was no extra charge for staying with a dog.
It could have been cleaner. The sofa was very dirty—we didn't sit on it. The water in both the bathtub and the sink drains very slowly. It is time to replace the towels; they look very old. For us, the location was inconvenient; we had to drive 50 minutes through traffic every time we wanted to get to DC.
