About this bed and breakfast
A wonderful boutique space in an 1850's townhouse nicely located in the Lower Garden District right on famous Magazine Street and close to everything. Comprising the original library and servant's quarters on the second floor of the main house, lots of historic architectural features including high ceilings, floor to ceiling bedroom windows, exposed brick, old decorative fireplaces, hardwood floors and a private gallery overlooking a courtyard. Just between the bedroom and the living room is a wonderfully tucked away couchette which kids absolutely love.
The apartment is furnished with a wonderful mix of modern pieces and French antiques. A selection of coffee and tea are complimentary during your stay. We are the closest Historic Residential Neighborhood to the French Quarter and Convention Center and a short walk to the Streetcar, the Warehouse District and tons of restaurants and shops.
Your on site host is always available to meet with you to share favorite foodie recommendations or suggestions for interesting and off the beaten path things to do in our city.
* Please note that we have a 7 night minimum over Thanksgiving, Mardi Gras, Christmas, Easter and each weekend of Jazz Fest Wed-Wed

Cute one bedroom apartment a little bed nook in addition which I slept in—my kiddo slept in the bedroom. Very clear instructions and communication with management. The Wi-Fi went out because of a big thunderstorm and was replaced with new equipment the very next day. Great back porch with cafe table. Kitchenette is useful but not for cooking a full meal. Amazing location. Good restaurant recommendations. Overall an A plus experience. Would one hundred percent recommend. What a joyful town!!
