About this house rental

Self contained unit . 2 bedrooms . Sleeps 4 . Minimum 2 night stay except public holidays , Easter and Xmas / New year period . Sheets and towels are not provided. We do supply quilts , pillows . No Wi- fi . No pets allowed . Kitchen area , dining table and chairs, lounge area with TV, reverse cycle air con . BBQ on property. Bond of $150 also required. Additional cost for additional people( price provided is for a couple / 2 adults) .

Great communication, air conditioning worked well, had everything we needed. Bunk beds very squeaky but other than that a great stay and would recommend and stay again .

Have stayed at Liam and Rachel’s property several times now .We love yorkes and in summer berry beach corny point is our go to place. Our last stay we explored all Innes national park and all around yorkes Still visited Berry and went for a swim and a fish !Love the property Very. Property was clean and tidy all the amenities great for a 2 night stay to visit the local area and there’s 2 properties together great for a couple of families or group of friends.
