Amazing Gulf views!

Nice place. Well equipped kitchen. Beach was awesome and never too crowded.

It was very nice.

We have stayed at PP for 3 years now, and we love it there. I love the safety of knowing you need a pass to enter the property, and everyone has always been so nice. Our condo was nice. The only thing that could make it better is having better air in the unit, and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. I will say I was very thankful to have box fans in all 3 bedrooms. We ran them while we were in the condo, and it helped greatly. The owner is very friending, and has great communication. I didn’t have a problem at all while we were there. We can’t wait to come back again.

The location was great, beautiful views from both balconies. The condo felt like it needed a deep clean and refresh overall. Kitchen was clean and updated and well stocked. The upstairs carpet needs to be replaced and walls painted. It just looked worn out. The bathrooms had multiple lightbulbs out and the bathroom exhaust fans needed maintenance. The lighting was very bad in the bathrooms and bedrooms. The bathroom fans were extremely noisy and sounded like they were about to stop working. The rugs in the bathroom looked like they had not been washed. The bathroom sink drawers were very dirty inside. The outlets in the bedrooms were faulty and need to be redone by an electrician. Plugs would just fall right out of the outlets. Lamps didn't work in bedrooms. One of the twin beds upstairs had sand in it upon arrival. Upstairs fabric covered bench in the queen bedroom is very stained and dirty. My guess it that people have been using it as an ironing board! I would get a regular sized ironing board and new iron! The iron shot out black specs of dirt all over my white dress. Overall, the condo was okay, but it could be a lot better with some maintenance and cosmetic touches. We had a lovely stay with great pool and beach access and the neighborhood is just beautiful, but I was surprised by how worn out the condo looked inside.
