DESCRIPTION
Seascape Beach House is a charming and nicely updated bungalow in South Mission Beach. It's just steps to the boardwalk and beach and a 3-minute walk to Mission Bay. This home has been lovingly maintained and is ready for families to experience the best of beach living!
Features include a gated yard, slate patio with a gas BBQ and outdoor dining set, an oversized 2-car garage, large family suite, close to markets and restaurants and within walking distance to Belmont Park. The family suite envelopes the 2nd floor and features a 10′ x 9′ walk-in closet that has been converted into a sleeping room, perfect for kids.
Note that Bedroom 4 is a pass-through room to the garage and 2nd level and the downstairs living area isn't that large if you are coming with a larger group.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a fireplace and jetted tub in the bedroom suite, box fans, ready-made beds, one towel set and beach towel per guest, and a starter kit of soaps and paper goods.

Perfect for our family and kids. Loved that the beach was literally a minute away. Tons of open space on the beach. The sand toys and free rentals made it easy to relax and not worry about all the gear. The house was clean and well stocked. Quiet and private location. The garage fit our Suburban. The bunk bed room was nice for putting little ones to bed earlier and being able to watch shows downstairs. Easy access to downtown (USS Midway), and kids enjoyed shops and rides at Belmont Park. Hope to be back again!

Great location, clean, and plenty of beds for a large family. The only drawback is that you need to walk through the family suite on the second floor to access the bathroom and walk through the bathroom to access the sleeping room (walk-in closet).

Location is fantastic, outdoor seating was so lovely for coffee or dinner. House was well appointed and had everything we needed. Having the garage for a car was huge! Host was responsive and helpful when out travel plans were disrupted. Fantastic overall, would use again.
