(VRBO#736502 & VRBO#785888) Steps from the best sandy swim beach, Maui Mango Cottages offer a local experience for visitors who want privacy and space adjacent to Wailea Resort amenities including restaurants, golf, spas, shopping and a 3-mile-loop beach walking path. The island-style beach cottages sit on the border of Wailea and Kihei offering the best of both experiences. Mature mango trees have provided shade and fruit to the landscaped acre of land for more than half a century as the cottages were some of the first dwellings in south Maui. Enjoy space for your entire family or party up to 10 when you rent both cottages.

Amazing location adjacent to public access to Keawakapu Beach. Clean and comfortable. Outdoor shower was an unexpected treat. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed the close location to the beach. People park along the road next to this house to go to the beach because of its easy access to the beach.
The owners were extremely responsive. We had a few issues that they responded immediately to, but I can’t say that about property management. When we had an issue and contacted them first, I was not impressed with their responsiveness.
There is only one bathroom/shower, and we were all a little hesitant about the shower being outdoors, but all of us truly loved it. An outdoor shower in Hawaii makes a lot of sense!!

The host was very nice. We were disappointed that we had no View we knew there was construction going on but we did not know there was a big green fence blocking everything. The water toys were dirty moldy and disgusting. We had to go out and buy some. Inside the house was nice and clean. They do need to purchase new non-stick cookware the cookware was peeling and all scratched up I would never use that cookware. The dishwasher bottom rack seem to be missing some Wheels on the bottom of the rack it wasn't easy to pull out straight. The Lanai was warped and uncovered we did not like that.
