Good house with great hosts

Very well equipped apartment with everything you needed. Full kitchen and comfortable beds. The whole house is very well kept, the apartments are modernised. The hosts made everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible

The perfect stay!

We had a fantastic time at Haus Zedlacher. The apartment was spotless, beautifully arranged, and incredibly comfortable — especially the beds, which made every night a great rest after our daily excursions. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, allowing us to enjoy meals like at home. The location couldn’t have been better: a peaceful, quiet neighborhood surrounded by nature, yet ideal for exploring Carinthia. Our hosts, Marcel and Anneke, were absolutely lovely — kind, helpful, and always there if we had a question. They truly made us feel at home. Even the weather was on our side, giving us a perfect April getaway. Honestly, I can't think of a single negative thing to say. This was a clear 10 out of 10 experience, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended to anyone who appreciates nature, tranquility, and genuinely kind hospitality. Dank u wel, Marcel and Anneke!

Very clean and big rooms, Hannes and pesi were wonderful. We didn't need any help during Our 10 nights stay because the apartment wae already stacked with everything like a thousand towels, washing machine cleaner and more...

The wifi was very poor unfortunately, and only worked near the kitchen table, so we had to seat there for wifi... But other than that a huge 10 for this place.

Great family holiday

Spacious, clean, well heated, very well equipped appartment - including dishwasher, washing mashine, and soda maker. The beds were very comfortable. There is a large living room, very cosy, and a beautiful terrace surrounding the appartment. The village is picturesque and quiet, typical Austrian countryside. We had a great family ski & spa holiday here and would love to return!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and well-maintained. The apartment is located at the crossroads to two ski slopes, Bad Kleinkirchheim and Turracher Höhe were.

Prostorný a hezky zařízený apartmán

Apartmán byl opravdu prostorný, byl hezky a účelně zařízen. Kuchyň byla velmi dobře vybavena. Velmi pohodlné postele. Klidné místo. Hostitelé byli přátelští a nápomocní. Rádi se někdy vrátíme.

duży apartament, z dwiema oddzielnymi sypialniami i oddzielną kuchnią. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona, było wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy. Cisza i spokój.

łóżko w naszej sypialni było trochę za miękkie. Ale to może kwestia przyzwyczajenia do twardego materaca na co dzień. Dodatkowo materace znajdują się bardzo wysoko od podłogi.

Un ottimo soggiorno in Carinzia

La struttura si trova a Patergassen, una frazione del comune di Ebene Reichenau, nel bel mezzo della stupenda "Land" austriaca della Carinzia. Questa struttura è una casa che si affaccia direttamente sul fiume Gurk, un affluente del fiume Drava che è a sua volta affluente del Danubio. Io sono arrivato molto prima dell'orario del check-in prestabilito, comunque i proprietari erano gentili e cordiali, sanno parlare inglese, sono stati comprensivi e appena possibile mi hanno consegnato di persona le chiavi della stanza. Questa è composta da una spaziosa camera con un angolo cucina con frigo e forno, un letto matrimoniale, uno guardaroba e una cassettiera, un tavolino, un televisore fissato alla parete e da un bagno con doccia. Non posso non parlare della ampia finestra con balcone annesso dal quale si ha una vista meravigliosa della natura verde dei dintorni. A piedi dalla struttura è possibile raggiungere una panetteria, un bar, due banche e una bottega di materiale elettrico e molto più avanti, meglio in macchina, una pizzeria, un supermercato e un distributore di carburante.

Nulla da dire, la casa è ben tenuta.

Ein unvergesslicher, und trotz Widrigkeiten durch das Auto, wundervoller Urlaub und Aufenthalt.

Die Wohnung war schön groß und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles was man benötigte war vorhanden. Es war sehr sauber und wir haben uns richtig wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank auch für die freundliche und schnelle Unterstützung bei den Pannen die wir mit unserem Auto hatten. Ohne Anneke und Marcel wäre unser Urlaub nicht so schön geworden.

Appartamento molto ampio e confortevole. Cucina ottimamente attrezzata, caffè e tè forniti, abbondanti asciugamani. Proprietari cortesissimi e molto simpatici. Consigliamo questa struttura senza esitazioni. Posizione tranquilla di fianco a un torrente.

Séjour cycliste à Patergassen

Accueil très chaleureux et sympathique des hôtes, Anneke et Marcel. Pension très bien situé à Patergassen, au bord de la rivière Gurk. Tout était bien étudié dans le petit studio, avec tous les éléments nécessaires pour cuisiner (huile, café etc...) Literie confortable

La route en face est passante. Amis cyclistes, les routes des cols dans les environs sont très fréquentées par les automobilistes et les motards :-(

مكان الإقامة أكثر من رائع بكل تفاصيله. الشقة نظيفة ومرتبة، مع مطبخ متكامل يحتوي على جميع المستلزمات. الإطلالة مباشرة على النهر، مما أضفى على الإقامة هدوءًا وجمالًا لا يوصف. عائلتي أحبت المكان كثيرًا واستمتعنا جميعًا بالأجواء الهادئة والمريحة. أصحاب المنزل (مارسيل وانيكي) كانوا ودودين ومتعاونين جدًا، وأجابوا على جميع استفساراتنا بكل لطف واهتمام. كذلك أهل القرية كانوا طيبين وودودين بشكل ملحوظ. الموقع مناسب جدًا للاسترخاء والتأمل في روعة صنع الله الذي أتقن كل شيء صنعه، مع سهولة الوصول إلى المعالم القريبة مثل قرية هايدي التي تبعد حوالي 9 كيلومترات فقط عن مكان الإقامة. باختصار، أنصح بهذا المكان بدون أي تردد، وسأكرر الزيارة قريبًا بإذن الله. ⸻ The accommodation was absolutely wonderful in every detail. The apartment was clean and well-organized, with a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The direct view of the river added an indescribable sense of calm and beauty to our stay. My family loved the place very much, and we all enjoyed the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The hosts (Marcel and Anieke) were incredibly kind and helpful, responding to all our inquiries with warmth and care. The villagers were also noticeably kind and welcoming. The location is perfect for relaxation and reflection on the magnificent creation of God, with easy access to nearby attractions like Heidi Village, which is only about 9 kilometers away. In short, I highly recommend this place without any hesitation, and I will definitely return soon, God willing.

Super locatie

Super locatie aan een mooi kabbelend riviertje, Elke ochtend een genot om op te staan met het geluid van het beekje en op de achtergrond de mooie bergen! Heerlijke nieuwe bedden en een super leuke stel die het tot in de puntjes hebben geregeld! Wij gaan zeker nog eens terug ! Bedankt voor het leuk verblijf
