The resort property is amazing! Very close to the whale watching area. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. The staff were so friendly, kind and helpful especially our guide who assisted and walked us to the whale watching area.

Ocean views and private. Service teams are eager but not empowered.
Room air-conditioning not working properly and TV not working either. Highly inflexible to any requests. For example - Room towels cannot be used for whale watching.
