About this house rental
These modern and fully equipped 2200 sq ft. townhomes are located on Nicaragua's pearl of a beach Playa El Coco. The rooms are spread over with the luxurious living room, spacious dining room and contemporary kitchen on the first floor along with a half bath. On the second floor you is the master bedroom with a private bathroom suite and balcony facing the luxurious grounds and the beach. Also on the second floor are two additional bedrooms with a shared balcony with beautiful views of this luscious landscaped property. The bedroom on the 3rd floor opens to a very large private terrace that offers breathtaking views of the manicured grounds, our pool and our wonderful beach. Each of our units bedrooms - also have ceiling fans for your comfort.

If you are looking for a secluded area with the best beaches, this is the place for you. Our contact Jim was extremely helpful always available for any questions or concerns. The house I stayed in was the most beautiful villa I could have asked for. The guards at the gate, maintenance crew were so helpful and accommodating. A true hidden gem in Nicaragua. My family had a wonderful time.and we will return to create mesmerizing memories. Once again Jim thank you for your assistance throughout this past weekend.

This rental property far exceeded our expectations. It is attractive and spacious. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. It is totally safe and the staff was very helpful. It is a little off the beaten path but on one of the most beautiful beaches in Nicaragua. Going back to San Juan del Sur for meals was too far for us so we were glad we had brought our own food. There is a restaurant nearby (not on the property) but it seemed to be only open on weekends. The pool was always clean and we enjoyed it as well as swimming in the ocean. The waves are just right for boogie boarding.

This was my third time and it was a great as the first. Property is well kept, private and quiet. Just the right distance from town. Beach is stunning.
