Vicino all'universita ma anche a pochi passi dal centro. Parcheggio disponibile in strada e subito sotto un bar dove fare colazione.

Solo alcuni consigli: Insonorizzazione da migliorare, mancanza shampo doccia usa e getta.Telecamera nell'area comune. So che la legge lo consente ma personalmente la trovo invasiva.

Pulizia, comfort ma soprattutto la gentilezza e disponibilità del gestore a venire incontro a qualsiasi necessità con grande empatia e cortesia. Inoltre l'estrema vicinanza all'Ismett ( 5 minuti a piedi ) e parcheggio facile e gratuito, ha eliminato un problema che per chi viene da fuori Palermo si aggiunge ai già tanti che si hanno in tali situazioni. Complimenti davvero e grazie ancora signora Patrizia!

nulla, mancava forse un rotolo di carta da cucina o dei tovaglioli ( credo sia stata comunque una dimenticanza e se avessi chiesto la signora Patrizia me li avrebbe fatti avere immediatamente ). Segnalo solo per far capire che la recensione è autentica...d'altra parte c'è un supermercato aperto orario continuato a 10 metri e un bar, panificio, rosticceria, tavola calda accanto all'ingresso dell'appartamento.

La cura è la gentilezza del gestore, Signora Patrizia, disponibile e cortese nel esaudire le richieste.

Il wi-fi non era raggiungibile, ritengo fosse stato un problema temporaneo e comunque risolvibile.

The location was too far from major sites and although it is not the host's fault, there is a huge problem with garbage not being collected. There was so much garbage and old furniture dumped in dumpsters that is not being collected, for what looks like months with the amount that is there, and it is overflowing onto the street and sidewalks making it dangerous to walk around and also could hide criminal activiity and rats, etc... some of it had been burned and smells awful, this was also visible in other parts of Palermo not just around this property, so I don't want it to seem that it was host's fault, it is not, it is a citywide problem with the administration from what I was told, BUT, it would have been nice to have been given a heads up before renting there that this is going on. We wanted to leave early but decided to stay since we were taking day trips to Sambuca and other destinations so we were barely there during the day. The garbage situation is untolerable, depressing, dangerous and downright sad. I will never go back to Palermo again since seeing the way the city treats its residents, forcing them to live like they are in a third world country. How disgraceful! Also the other issue is that there is NO WIFI in the apartment... a HUGE PROBLEM, because we were traveling for work and could not get online... it was NOT made clear when booking that was no wifi so we assumed there was, our fault for not asking, but this is as necessary as water in my opinion, not just a luxury, so it should have listed as not having wifi. We would not have booked this place, had we have been made aware of this, so I hope this review is helpful in preventing others from making the same mistake.
