Nice quiet neighborhood, access to many parts of the city. Flavor of locals. Very helpful staff. Spacious bright updated clean apartment. Well appointed. Washing machine was useful with quick drying on the balcony

The property was great. The city is dirty.

Chiara is an amazing host, she met us from the train which is only a 1min walk to the apartment and comes straight from the airport. The location is amazing, right beside the historic quarter of Palermo so within easy walking of all attractions. The apt was exactly as described, very comfortable, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The balcony was a lovely spot for breakfast and a little art! We got lots of information on the locality from Chiara when we needed it. All in all a fantastic stay!

The host met us at the train station to walk us to the nearby property. Generally the apartment was very quiet; there was no noise from outside at all, occasionally in the evening or the morning you could hear a bit of noise from other residents. It felt very homey. The propertly included some interesting books about Sicily and Palermo, I wish I had more time to have read through these. Liked the coffee options (both an instant k-cup style and a traditional sicilian style). Lots of dishes/cutlery/cooking tools to choose from. The location of the property is great; 1 block from train stop and just 2 or 3 blocks from the palace, cathedral and puppet shows.

Like elsewhere we stayed in Sicily there often isn't anywhere in the bathroom to hang all your towels or place your clothing when showering.
