Nice clean rooms, good location, good price.
There was no staff ever on reception you have to knock on the back door to get someone’s attention but once you do that they are very friendly and happy to help.

Location is good, imstaff were nice. Not far from the drop up/pick up point for buses from the airport. Good price for a room to yourself if your on a budget.
The noise, you will hear everything. If your a light sleeper this is not for you. There is gaps between the doors, ants swarming around the door, and single glazed windows. I stayed on the 4th floor, there’s no lifts so be prepared to walk many steps. Typical Vietnamese will be playing karaoke and coughing and spitting at any hour and you will hear it .
