The place was welcoming and cosy, with very good, well-maintained facilities. It was also perfectly located near the University, where I was attending a conference. Furthermore, the location was very convenient for going into the city. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again.

The breakfast provided was very good and the staff was responding to my quieries.

This is a nice B&B, I really liked our room, it was cosy. It was clean and even though it wasn't right in the center, it was not far from the center either. I would recommend this place.

Receptionist was friendly and respectful and available most of the day Pleasant music in the lobby Nicely decorated for Christmas Room was small and simple, but clean and well equipped with tea, kettle and hairdryer as well as clothes hangers and shampoo and a bedside lamps If you are tall you might want to ask for a room that isn’t under the roof.

Information about the shared kitchen was misleading. Guests are not allowed to use the kitchen to its full extent for cooking, which was disappointing because we chose the hotel precisely because of the shared kitchen. Some travellers might be on a budget and have the intention to cook for themselves, which might lead to inconveniences and higher costs due to having to eat outside and not being able to use up the foods already bought for cooking. The state of the kitchen was a bit messy and not super clean, but acceptable, there was almost no space to put our food into the fridge. Be prepared of nightly noises of other hotel guests due to thin walls and tram noises and vibrations. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs. Toilet and bathroom were clean upon arrival but didn’t seem to be cleaned when we were there so there were some signs of use on the toilet from other guests. It was an acceptable stay, but we were surprised other guest rated the property so well.
