Cannot say "location" enough w/ this luxury 3 bed, 3-1/2 bath 3,700 square foot townhouse sitting smack in the heart of Montrose/Midtown. Less than a mile from downtown it offers a 641 sq/ft rooftop deck w/ fire pit table and skyline view. Not to mention it's literally sitting on top of one of Houston's most raved about bars and soon to be a bakery and coffee shop... all in the shadow of downtown. Walking distance to dozens of restaurants, nightclubs and bars.

Overall was a comfortable area and close to the wedding we were in town attending. The good: it was roomy, had parking, and was easy to access through the smart lock. All beds had smart beds with firmness control and pretty comfy. The house was decently furnished and the smart thermostats were nice and the house was cool. There were large gathering areas downstairs and upstairs. The bad: the worst issue was the noise from Bohemia. It was loud and for lengthy times into early evening. The furniture is dated. There were some roaches in the kitchen. And when the restaurant downstairs opened, you could smell the cooking in the downstairs bedroom. Some of the remotes include the smart bed control and th tv controls didn’t have working batteries. One of the bathroom lights didn’t work. The host contacted me in advance and again it was easy to find and enter. The area is ok. I wouldn’t call it a family friendly area.

Townhouse in a very active location. We knew there was going to be music from bar below, but there was very loud music in the evening and again at 500am. Also be aware property advertises that sleeps 10, but you will be charged for anyone over 6 people. Kitchen is not equipped with dishes for over 6 or bowls, etc. Ceiling air vents need to be cleaned, as can see build up of excessive dirt. Also, the futons on top floor were very smelly. We could not sit there.
