Arta City Hotel

The location in the centre of the town and just across the border is excellent. Very large spacious euro standard rooms. Restaurant next door.

Very surly staff on the front desk. I felt like I was the one trying to invade the country, even though I was travelling with my Ukrainian wife. Everything was a chore the staff. Made to feel very unwelcome.

Stayed here for one night as part of a work trip. Location in relation to border was very good and had plenty of parking. 24 hour reception. Restaurant on site. Room was clean and modern. Spoke enough English to get by during our stay.

Breakfast was painfully slow to be served, and was cold when it arrived. Was not worth the wait but at least it was included in price.

This property is nice, clean, and a good price.

Convenient location near Krakovets border crossing. Comfortable mattress and spacious room. Functional hotel. If you only want a one-night stop over it is probably okay.

Not much to like about this hotel. We had to make our own bed. The duvets provided had stains. Air-conditioning in the corridors was working, but not in the room. The hotel and restaurant are on a busy road so there's a lot of noise. The restaurant is the low point. The staff are forgetful and pretty uncommunicative. The food was mainly reheated. We ordered one steak salad (they brought two!) and the meat had been fried earlier in the day. Chicken and french fries were also reheated. Despite being made to order, the breakfast, including the eggs had been kept warm. The music was too loud! Overall, there are much better options nearby for the same or less money.
