Location, Location, Location! A cozy, well appointed second floor efficiency apartment is located just off Main Street in beautiful downtown Red River. The unit is less than a half block walk to the new Red River Ski Area Platinum Chair, across the street from Timbers restaurant. Four other dining establishments are within a half block walk. Walking distance to shopping, art galleries or the fishing ponds! Watch the torch light parade and fireworks from your balcony. Whether watching the local wildlife in the summer or the skiers coming down the FACE in the winter, you are in the middle of everything, with the added bonus of being in your own little hideaway! If you are planning on bringing a pet, please read our pet policy and pay the $65 pet fee. A $150 charge will be applied to any undeclared pets
You can walk to Red River Ski area, drive 45 minutes to either Angel Fire Ski Area or Legendary Taos Ski Area.
You are a 45 minute drive away from Taos NM where you can visit the Rio Grande Gorge, wonderful art galleries and fabulous restaurants. Ojo Caliente, natural mineral springs. are about an hour and 15 minutes away. And Abiqui, NM, where Georgia o'Keefe painted is only about an hour and half away. Funky Art Colony Arroyo Seco is a beautiful 30 minute drive, with wonderful shopping and dining.

We loved the location, which was right in the middle of downtown. The weather was warm so the host provided a portable air conditioner which we attached to a window. We would have been uncomfortable without it! We did have a good view of the mountain with ski slopes. The place was small but it was fine for just two people.

Room was clean and location was excellent. Host was very responsive. We had an outlet that wasn't working and it was fixed the same day we reported it. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a great time was in a great location Place was clean Close to restaurants, walking distance to go to stores to look around. Host was also very helpful.

Property is one of 4 rooms above store and needs some TLC. Outlet in bath didn’t work so it was difficult getting ready. Bed was squeaky and terrible. Light from balcony shines through broken blinds. Generic decor. Very clean and Host was nice
