The house itself is great but what really made our family reunion a happy success was the large backyard and all the lawn chairs that were available.

The location is great! It really is a 5 minute walk down a quiet street to get to the beach. The weather didn't cooperate with us to make much of the shore, but my teens wanted to hang out around the house anyway so it worked out! They especially liked the additional bungalow behind the main house- it gave them a taste of independence without being too far from mom and dad :-) Dennis Port is conveniently situated between the two places we frequented- Chatham and Yarmouth, so it's definitely somewhere we would stay again!

My sisters and I go to Cape Cod every year, we found this Gem in Dennis Port so convenient to everything, you can even walk to breakfast or dinner, just minutes away. Very roomy and we all loved the outdoor shower, yard and deck. Very nice people to deal with. Thanks again

Great cottage and guest house in the very best location! So close to everything, especially the beach! Perfect setup for multiple families to spread out!
