If you are looking for a lakefront property on Lake Charlevoix, your perfect spot awaits. This charming 5-bedroom home right on the lake (200 feet of lakefront property), is the perfect location with matchless views of the lake’s north arm and its sunsets. The lodge offers middle-of-the-woods solitude, but is only a 3-mile drive to charming downtown Charlevoix. This home easily sleeps ten, in rooms that all face the lake. It has four bathrooms, a complete kitchen, a washer and dryer, and other amenities. Enjoy this very private property that includes a huge patio with tables, umbrellas and lots of lounge chairs. The property includes a dock, dive dock, natural fire pit as well as a portable fire pit, grill, and for boaters, a mooring pin. Golfers will love how close (20 minutes or less) it is to several of northern Michigan’s most beautiful courses, including Bay Harbor, Crooked Tree, Dunmaglas, the Charlevoix Country Club, and Belvedere.

Great stay, family loved the house and location. Picturesque lake view, quiet and large home. Some of the family went to Boyne Mountain for snow boarding and skiing, others went into Charlevoix downtown (and came back with cherry pie). Beautiful upstate Michigan. Easy in and out, owner a pleasure to work with.

Lack of snow this year allowed good hikes on the path beside the road. The Lodge was the same relaxing waterfront property previously described.

This is a lovely property. The house is old and dated. It’s was fine for us but I would use caution as many of the drawers, cabinets and screen doors do not open smoothly. One popped out and we were charged for it. Also the cleaners told the manager we left a mess which saddened us as we spent several hours tidying up according to instructions. Linens need replacing.
