The property is composed by two villas, the big one with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, kitchen and living room;the small one is a loft with one bedroom one bathroom , kitchen and living room.
The pool is 15 x 7 meters
The property is 10 kilometers far from the sea and few minutes the little town of Magliano in Toscana where you can find shops and restaurants.
The Argentario area is only 20 minutes by car.

Sehr gepflegtes Haus sowie Garten, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr netter Kontakt zum Eigentümer sowie Mitarbeitern. Ein Ort der Ruhe und Erholung.

The house is beautifully situated between olive trees and vineyards. The property is very large and well maintained. There is a magnificent 360 degree view. Nothing disturbing. A wonderful view of Magliano, on the beautiful nature and even on the sea and Monte Argentario. The pool is very large and we loved enjoying the afternoon sun there.
Magliano is not far and you can have a great dinner there (we recommend Da Guido and La Poventa). But there are also many authentic restaurants nearby. Even Grosetto and Orbetello are not far away (between 25 and 30 minutes).
We received a very warm welcome and the caretaker took perfect care of us.

La casa è splendidamente situata tra ulivi e vigneti. L'appezzamento è molto grande e curatissimo. C'è una magnifica vista a 360 gradi. Niente di incomodo. Una vista meravigliosa di Magliano sul bellissimo paesaggio e anche sul mare e sul Monte Argentario. La piscina è molto grande e abbiamo trovato particolarmente bello godersi il sole nel pomeriggio.
Magliano non è lontano e lì si mangia bene (consigliamo Da Guido e La Poventa). Ma ci sono anche molti ristoranti autentici nelle città circostanti. Anche Grosetto e Orbetello non sono lontani (tra 25 e 30 minuti).
Abbiamo ricevuto un'accoglienza molto calorosa e il custode si è preso cura di noi perfettamente.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia x 15 giorni in questa splendida villa immersa tra gli ulivi, querce secolari, panorama mozzafiato e un'ospitalità e cordialità impagabili. Raffaele grazie a te per creato un posto così bello! Consigliatissimo !!!
