About this house rental
Dolphin Watch is located in prestigious Truman Annex and is one of the few private waterfront homes. We are less than two blocks from Duval Street and beautiful Mallory Square sunsets. You can also see the sunset from your own private balcony! Walking distance to famous Fort Zachary State Park and Beach. The living area, master bedroom, bath, and kitchen are located on the second floor where you can enjoy the fantastic view of the harbour and sunsets. Downstairs offers 3 bedrooms/2 baths and leads outside to the large private pool.

Nancy was a welcoming host. She was availavle when needed. The house and amenities were in very good condition and worked well. The pool and the new grill were great features. The huge 65" smart tv worked well with our streaming apps. Kitchen was well equipped. However, there were no kitchen towels or pot holders available after an extensive search in the kitchen. The waterfront views made for relaxing mornings. The location in Truman Annex was great offering peace and quiet with a 3 block walk to Duval Street!

We had an easy check in with Nancy. The house is in the charming and quiet Truman Annex, in close walking distance to all the fun on Duvall Street. House is nicely decorated, but a little dated. Views off the back balcony were a highlight. The pool was clean and nice for a quick dip. We would rent again!
