Dolphin Watch is located in prestigious Truman Annex and is one of the few private waterfront homes. We are less than two blocks from Duval Street and beautiful Mallory Square sunsets. You can also see the sunset from your own private balcony! Walking distance to famous Fort Zachary State Park and Beach. The living area, master bedroom, bath, and kitchen are located on the second floor where you can enjoy the fantastic view of the harbour and sunsets. Downstairs offers 3 bedrooms/2 baths and leads outside to the large private pool.

Inside of house was clean and very nice. There was some maintenance issues inside but nothing we could not live without fixing. The outside of the house was awful. The pool was filthy. The deck around the pool was worse. They did come and clean the pool but the decking, sidewalks, windows, screens were terrible. The shrubs had grown in so much that you could not sit at the pool, no room. The white decking was black and the area was infested with 20 large green iguanas and spider webs everywhere. Everything was dirty black. Totally neglected.

We had an easy check in with Nancy. The house is in the charming and quiet Truman Annex, in close walking distance to all the fun on Duvall Street. House is nicely decorated, but a little dated. Views off the back balcony were a highlight. The pool was clean and nice for a quick dip. We would rent again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was amazing, the location is quiet and within walking distance from everything we wanted to do. We especially loved the pool and the kitchen/living room areas. We were able to comfortably share a lot of special time together after exploring Key West every day.

Nancy was great. Was always able to get in touch with her if needed. Anytime there was any issue which were only minor ones, she’s right on top of it. And we stayed during Milton so she kept us up to speed with everything. Will definently go back. The home was absolutely stunning and was perfect for our family trip

This house location is stunning. The sunsets were fabulous. And close to many of the 'must see' places in Key West. The house has a great set up. The pool was a real plus for the kids. Property management was on top of any requests - what more could you ask for. This property merits the reviews it receives. Thank you for a great week! We will be back!

This property did not disappoint. The Truman Annex location was perfect for our needs. The house decor was lovely. Plenty of room to spread out in, pool area private and quiet. Beautiful landscaping was mature and lush, but it was the view from the second floor balcony that we enjoyed the most. Would we come back,again ,to stay at Dolphin Watch in a heartbeat.

Location location location, Truman’s Annex is the best location in Key West! The layout of the house is fine and has very efficiently utilized space. The pool is nice, however the pool decking needs repair in a few places. The mattresses, bedding and pillows in the king rooms are terrible and needs replacing. There are a couple of tiles that are cracked and noted with blue construction tape. Overall we had a great trip, however I would ensure upgraded bedding before I booked this home again.

Spent a week at Dolphin Watch with my parents, siblings, and niece. We absolutely loved the rental!! Couldn’t beat the location; close to everything in old town, right on the Truman waterfront, but quiet. Well outfitted, we weren’t missing anything, and my niece (8) could hardly be coaxed out of the pool. Property manager was very responsive to questions. Highly recommend.

This house has the extra attraction of a view of the water from the second floor deck. We had a great time as always and this house is a great place to stay when you want quite at night and still close to all the fun on Duval.

Beautiful place and house. Pool was nice after long day of walking. Host was responsive after the next door property had palm tree trimming from a service using a chain saw. They got dust in the pool but host was persistent in getting pool cleaned. Wasn’t the fault of the owner but it was appreciated. Very comfortable stay!

Super unique property for Key West. Property backs up against a park with direct water views but located inside the safe / quiet Truman Annex. Convenient access to Duval and Mallory Square - house itself is probably nicer than the pictures with a cool mix between Key West charm and updated finishes. The pool was mostly shaded, which was perfect for our two young kids. Property manager was terrific to communicate with. It’s worth booking and will look for this property the next time we return.
