About this apartment rental
This charming 3 bedroom/2bath apartment is steps away from the plaza, arts and cultural district, restaurants, shopping and nightlife in the center of Historic Downtown Taos. Located on the 2nd story of one of the oldest buildings in Taos, you will see views of downtown and Taos Mountain from every window. Enjoy dining, famous New Mexico sunsets, and stargazing on the 400 sq ft rooftop deck.
Pet friendly, we welcome one pet. There is a $75 pet fee per visit. Please add your pet before booking.
The space:
1250 sq ft with a spacious living, dining and kitchen area. Primary bedroom has a king bed, large windows and a TV. Second bedroom has a queen bed, the third bedroom has two twin beds. Hardwood floors, kiva fireplace, two skylights, 50 GB fiber internet service and two parking spaces are just outside the door.
Other things to note:
The space is in an urban area overlooking the quaint patio of the Rolling Still Lounge. In summer you will hear music in the courtyard several nights a week. In the colder months there is live music most Tuesday & Thursday nights from 6-8pm. You will be steps away from enjoying cocktails from the only craft distillery in Taos!
Taos is not a late-night town and tends to shut down by 10pm most nights. The Lounge is open until 10:30pm Fridays & Saturdays but don't worry--you will always get a good night's sleep. We want you to enjoy your stay so please reach out if you need anything.

The most charming, centrally located and intelligently appointed apartment. Four adults had ample space, and six would be comfortable. Very well equipped with quality finishes. No effort spared anticipating visitors’ needs. Cutest VRBO we’ve stayed in!

Stairs leading up to the apartment are dangerous and need to be replaced. Lampshade, located in the CENTER of the room was torn, All pads on the dining room chairs were torn and windows on the outside were filthy. Wooden floors in high traffic areas are Scuffed and damaged. The master
Bath tub doesn’t, drain (standing in 6 inches of water while showering). The fireplace needs touch up plant after winters use. The swamp cooling system, gas grill and front door key pad were all broken when we arrived. The deck has no shade had accumulated leaves and broken light pieces. Massive amount of weeds in front of the unit. I bought windex and cleaned the outside of the windows (the whole apartment), removed the pads from the dining chairs and swapped the torn lampshade for a better one from another room. I found some rugs in a closet and tried to cover some of damaged flooring. I swept the deck and removed all debris. Over the next five days of our visit, the caretaker had the swamp cooling system repaired, replaced the gas grill with a new one and brought us a key for the front door. Had to live with the stairs, shower, fireplace and weeds.
