Beautiful penthouse in the center of the famous Trastevere neighborhood, a short walk from the historic center, comfortably accommodates two people, equipped with every comfort ( air conditioning, heating, internet wi fi, satellite tv, with a wonderful private terrace with a fantastic view, where enjoy the sun all day. They are within easy walking distance the major tourist sites of the city. The accommodation is unique because it is located on the top floor of an old building nestled in the heart of Trastevere.

In the heart of Trastevere. Great location- got a little loud but we were there over the holidays so it was expected. Apartment is on the 5th floor with no elevator and I don’t remember reading that in the description.

Perfect location to access everything, completely walkable with great restaurants and bars. The apartment is small but was perfect for our needs and the patio area is lovely with the sounds of the streets floating up.

The property is in an exceptional location. We had a very comfortable stay, and slept well. We loved being able to sit out on the roof terrace - the price of which is that there are quite a few stairs up to the property, which wasn't a problem for us but just something to be aware of if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage. All in all a great stay in Rome, thank you

The accommodation is well located and has all the necessities that you need. The kitchen is well equipped and it has the bonus of the roof top terrace.
The reason that we were disappointed is that the accommodation is tired, in need of redecoration and replacement of some fixtures & fittings eg shower curtain was disgusting.
In addition, we choose this specific apartment for the beautiful terrace. When we arrived there were no plants, mismatched old furniture and a tired old parasol. It sadly looked nothing like the photographs posted online..
We communicated with the owner who agreed with our feedback & explained there were plans to update the property. I would make sure these have actually happened before booking.
