Cozy cottage with Snow Bird monthly rates for the Winter

Very nice and cozy little spot close to the beach. We enjoyed our stay, it was a very quiet neighborhood and all the neighbors were polite and friendly. My dogs nestled in very well and the gated community made us feel safe. The pool was very clean and so was the house. Had no troubles checking in and the host communicated very well. My kids were comfortable and enjoyed themselves. I would definitely rent this place again especially for the price.

We loved it here and will definitely be back soon !!

Love this property and the owners and the entire group of lovely people who live here. We come back every year and we are never disappointed!!

Upon arrival and within 30 minutes of checking in, we were still getting settled and things out of the car. Our 5 lbs dog escaped the house and the neighbor across the street come over to tell us to put the dog on a leash. Yes we were chasing her at that moment. We then brought bikes and such on a trailer, to which we were unloading when the neighbor AGAIN come over to tell us we could not keep the trailer there. Again, not even there a couple hours and still unloading bikes and such. Not long after that I got a message from the owner stating we needed to keep the dog on the leash and move the trailer. There is a lot down the road to which we had planned on moving it to but the thing was, another person in that community had a bigger trailer that in their drive our whole stay. Maybe the board member who lived across the street should police the whole community and not just across the street. She made our stay miserable. Other than that it was good. We especially loved the beach toys and even added some to their pile as we did not want to bring them home. We will not be back as the neighbor was too much. We are a family of 6 (ages 8-15) and 2 dogs.
