The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very dirty.

The beach house is in a quiet neighborhood. It is close to the beach. It just doesn't have that 'home away from home' feel. Simple things like hand soap in the bathroom would have been nice. It doesn't have any useable storage to put personal belongings like suitcase. A small desk would have been convenient rather than taking up dining table space with laptop. The vertical blinds are missing slats and need to be replaced. It has great lighting, and the coffee maker was much appreciated. Overall, the look and feel are rather blah.
