L’emplacement
Les chambres sont affreuses. Année 1980. Rénovations faites en plywood. Très étrange.

la chambre étais bien mais on entendais le bruit des voisins L insonorisation des chambre et pas très bien
quand j ai fais ma réservation j avais spécifier une chambre au deuxième étage avec balcon et selon la confirmation que j ai eu c était se type de chambre que je devais avoir mais la réceptionniste ma dit que non se n étais pas sa que sa ne se pouvais pas que booking fasse des réservation au deuxième étage je lui est montré ma confirmation mais sa na pas fonctionner j étais un peu déçu mais sinon tout étais quand même bien

Les lits trop haut pour petites personnes. Il devrait y avoir un petit banc pour aider de monter dans le lit
Le service à la clientèle était déficient. On a demandé pour le déjeuner et on ne nous a pas dit qu’on devait acheter les billets la veille; on nous a refusé le déjeuner.
