Es war sehr sauber, groß und gut klimatisiert. Der Ausblick ist super schön. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und stand immer bei Fragen zur Verfügung.

Staying at Ota‘s Pontoon is an absolute highlight and if I would take it as benchmark for other ratings, probably no other accommodation would get 5 stars. Ota is an excellent host. Communication was easy even before our stay, he shared helpful tips and ensured that we are enjoying our stay. Do not worry if you do not speak Japanese. All relevant information is available in English. The apartment is very nicely furnished and in the kitchen you find everything you need, from coffee machine to a pressure cooker. Another highlights are the large balcony and the private rooftop terrace. There js unobstructed view to the sea with Ishigaki on the left. There are several very good restaurants in walking distance as well as grocery stores. We very much enjoyed our stay and will be back for sure. Thanks for everything!

두 번째 숙박. 작년에 머물렀던 기억이 너무나도 좋아서 폰툰에서 연말 휴가를 보내기 위해 이시가키를 다시 찾았습니다. 창 밖으로 펼쳐지는 에머랄드빛 바다의 풍경과, 모든 시설이 갖춰진 독채의 편안함, 그리고 친절한 주인장까지... 휴식을 위한 모든 조건이 완벽합니다. 테라스에서 즐기는 브런치는 그 어떤 카페보다 호사스럽고 바다를 보며 즐기는 이시가키규 바비큐는 그 어떤 레스토랑보다 낭만적입니다. 소파에 앉아 푸른 바다를 멍하니 바라보고만 있어도 행복한 곳! 그 것이 우리가 폰툰에 두 번 방문한 이유입니다. 시내 근처라 쇼핑이 편리하고, 인근에 맛집도 많아서 외식을 즐기기에도 좋은 입지에 있구요... 조리,세탁,바비큐는 물론 간단한 레저도구, 보드게임까지 자유롭게 이용할 수 있어서 몸 가볍게 와도 편하게 휴가를 즐길수 있습니다. 무엇보다도 이 곳의 최대 장점은 리조트나 호텔과는 달리 '내 집과 같은 편안함' 이 있다는 것이지요. 집기의 구성이 게스트만을 위한 세팅이 아니고, 가정집 집기가 그대로 있는.. 별장같은 느낌입니다. 잠깐 머물다 가는 숙소가 아닌, 자꾸 생각나고 결국 다시 오게되는 별장과 같은 곳입니다. 최고평점 9.9에는 분명히 이유가 있습니다.
