Sweett - Porta Romana

Estaba muy limpio y con buena ubicación

Llegamos tarde por un retraso en el vuelo y el check-in no pudimos hacerlo con las indicaciones de Sweett-Porta Romana. Nos tuvo que ayudar a entrar una vecina después de un rato en la puerta esperando.

The apartment is located on the ground floor, which was important for us. Clean and cozy. Quiet area near metro and tram stations, a lot of restaurants and shops. Kitchen with Nespresso machine, microwave, dishwasher, etc. Washmachine, ironing board, and iron. Spare pillows and blankets. Strong WiFi. A few bottles of water in the fridge and coffee capsules. Home sleapers. Strong heating - it was essential on cold February nights.

There is an online self check-in with "electronic" keys. You must be online to enter the apartment for the first time (physical keys are inside). Also, you can't open the door from inside with a key, only from a smartphone. The interputs in the shower cabin: you open the in-wall-mounted faucet and suddenly become a portion of cold water from the top.

То что помимо налога с букинг хозяева апартаментов берут ещё свой дополнительный доход,сначала мы оплатили стоимость квартиры, а потом ещё нужно было доплатить 37 евро и если вы заплатив 270 евро не доплатите 37 евро в апартаменты вы не попадете,клининг перед вашим лицом бросит ключи на стол квартиры и закроет дверь перед вашим носом!

Interior & Amenities: The apartment is very beautifully and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary utensils. Extras: Towels, slippers, soap, and shower gel were kindly provided. There are also two TVs available (though they are not Smart TVs).

Location & Noise: The entrance through the inner courtyard feels a bit sketchy. Since the apartment is on the ground floor, it is very noisy; you can clearly hear the street traffic (cars/motorcycles), people talking outside, and a dog barking in the courtyard quite frequently. Cleanliness: There is definitely room for improvement here. the apartment could have been cleaner. Bathroom issues: The shower was a major disappointment as there was no hot water at all (and no, we didn't use it all up beforehand). Additionally, the bathroom has a moisture problem: the wooden floor already feels rotten/ waterlogged in places, and the door seal at the bottom is falling off.
