Clean and comfortable
Terrible experience with the staff - had completed our check in details within working hours yet we were not sent the check in instructions despite calling and messaging host multiple times over the evening. We arrived with no way to get in and waited outside the property until after dark and eventually had to book a hotel for a lot more money. The host replied after we had paid for another accomodation. Despite their mistake they would not provide any financial compensation.
As we had booked for multiple nights we decided to stay at the apartment.
Very disappointed in our experience and would not recommend.
