Arcade, "William & Mary" , Water Country, Wyndham Kingsgate

This was a nice, extremely clean one bedroom suite with a comfortable bed and peaceful view of the woods. It was quiet and had great amenities. Perfect for a couple on a weekend getaway. We would stay again!

This property was excellent for our trip! Plenty of room for all the kids with the added convenience of the kitchen as well. The property amenities were awesome for the kids, including younger and teens. The arcade was a big hit with the kids and I especially liked the fire pit! The location was convenient accessible to everywhere we planned to visit. Highly recommend!

Easy Check-in to a gated community, just minutes from the Colonial Williamsburg Visitors Center. Clean facility with nice kitchen and king-sized bed. Adjoining units could be heard through rather thin walls, but most were quiet by 11:00.

So the resort itself was really nice with the extra amenities it provided however I was very displeased with the front desk person (I will spare her by not listing her name). She was nice but she lied to me about receiving a free gift. DO NOT AGREE TO THE FREE GIFT UNLESS YOURE INTERESTED IN BUYING A TIME SHARE. She did not mention about sitting through 90 min to a presentation. I asked her how do I get the gift and she blatantly said to my face, “you go to the office to pick it up. Simple as that.” Wrong. You have to sit through a presentation with people trying to sell you a timeshare. I didn’t sit through the whole thing but for the only WHOLE DAY we got to spend there they wasted an hour of our morning. Which was annoying because i would have spent that hour doing something else. The man was really pushy on selling and couldn’t get the hint that we did not want whatever he was selling. He was not very convincing just annoying. I was able to get my $80 back for “reserving” the time to pick up the “free” gifts. Don’t give your number or email they spam text you like crazy. Super annoying. Other than that the place was super clean which I appreciated and they provided a lot. Would I come back? Maybe.. as a last resort. But that overall experience with reg time share and spam text killed it for me.
