Resort fee - $6 per day for unlimited use of the arcade, fitness center, sauna, mini golf & more. Resort also requires a $100 hold on a major credit card for incidentals. They will release the hold when you check out.
Some other amenities/activities are available at an additional charge.
I do require two night minimum and sometimes during peak season a three night minimum is required.
In order to make a reservation, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking the reservation, if more than 45 days out. The remaining balance will be due 45 days prior to arrival. If you make a reservation less than 45 days prior to check in then I do require full payment at the time of confirming the reservation. I also require a completed rental agreement on file with all reservations. I cannot hold any reservations without a deposit, unless arrangements are made with owner.

The property was great, lots of activities for the kids and super clean. The location was central to all the Williamsburg area has and we never had to drive far.

We were extremely pleased with the accommodations. The whole process was extremely easy. We did not have any issues during our stay. The host was extremely helpful with recommendations. I would certainly recommend this host/resort to others.

We had a 4 bedroom lockout unit
Upon arrival the one unit had such a horrific and pungent Oder (like curry or something not cleaner) that we didn’t even use it instead the five of us stayed in the 2 bedroom unit which was fine for us Overall not the cleanest place ever but acceptable for most
